My name is Ram Narayan Sharma. I’m 67 years old, retired, and living with my wife in Budhana, a small town in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. I spent over four decades as a government school teacher, and when I finally retired, I thought life would slow down. I had only one dream left, to take my wife traveling across India. She stood by me through every transfer, every long workday, every exam season. I promised her that post-retirement, we would finally explore the places we only talked about.

We’ve already visited Haridwar, Vaishno Devi, and Rishikesh, and next we’re planning to go to Kerala.

Becoming a POSP Insurance Agent gave me something I never thought I’d have again: purpose. I’m learning something new every day, earning with dignity, and finally keeping my promise to my wife.
