Difference Between HospiCash Rider and Surgical Rider

What Is A Surgical Rider? 

Surgical Rider Insurance is a supplementary insurance product that reimburses hospital costs in the event that the insured is hospitalised due to illness or accident. At a modest premium, the reimbursement includes hospital room, hospitalization, doctor counseling, research and clinical testing, outpatient care due to mishap, ambulance, dialysate, treatment for cancer, and psychotherapy.

  • You get access to cashless hospitalization at your insurance company’s partner hospitals, inpatient admittance is only available by displaying an insurance card
  • Remuneration based benefits include: 
    - Hospital room coverage of INR 300,000 per day.

    - Post-acute care is given to the patient
    - Additional advantages of dialysis, cancer treatment, and physiotherapy
    - Medical Consultation/Pre-Inpatient Care/Surgical Exam
  • This rider is available to insureds aged 6 months to 60 years.
  • Protection and rider benefits are offered until the insured reaches the age of 88.
  • This rider also adds the option of travel medical emergency support.
